Shipping is free on all orders $99 and above shipped within the Continental USA.
Shipping is $5.95 on orders under $99 shipped in the Continental USA.
Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.

Standard Ground (USA) All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, or the most economical service available. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days depending upon your location.

Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA from our customer service department by emailing: customerservice@lushlifefragrances.com
A shipping address will be provided at that time.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back to lushlifefragrances.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by lushlifefragrances.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
If your package is returned to lushlifefragrances.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
